CNC-gereedschapshouders
De rondloop van uw frezen begint bij de houder waarin ze geklemd zitten. Deze categorie CNC-gereedschapshouders omvat precisie-spantanghouders, waaronder ISO30-houders voor ER40-spantangen, uitvoeringen met tandkrans, krimphouders met HSK-opname en precisiehouders specifiek voor spilfrezen. Samen telt het assortiment meer dan veertig referenties voor de meest gangbare CNC-spillen.
Elke gereedschapshouder heeft eigen voordelen. Spantanghouders bieden een grote flexibiliteit: door de spantang te wisselen, dekt één houder een breed schachtbereik. Krimphouders klemmen de frees rondom in een gekrompen passing. Dit zorgt voor een zeer hoge rondloopnauwkeurigheid en een slank profiel voor diepe of fijne bewerkingen. Reinig bij elke wissel de conus van zowel de houder als de spil. Achtergebleven spanen kunnen extra trillingen veroorzaken.
